Two worlds colliding or reinforcing each other? Cloud and DataOps share many common themes around speed and efficiency of execution. However they take different approaches to service provision. Cloud, for example, takes a predominantly “all about me” stance while the world of containers largely conforms to uniformity with orchestration frameworks being somewhere in the middle.

This talk examines these aspects, how organisations are reacting, and what the effect is on the management of data.
